Finca la mesa has obtained both organic and biodinamic certification in farming as well as processing methods since 1994.
This means that our produce is cultivated and processed in an environmently friendly manner which is respectful also to humans, producing quality products that are nourishing, healthy and full of flavour with their full organoleptic qualities and free of any chemical, toxic or polluting substances.

Finca La Mesa is certified organic according to the UE regulations R(UE)n°2092/91 by the following institutions:

CAEX: Organic certification body for (EC)Re. n°834/2007 and (EC)Re. n°889/2008.	DEMETER: Is the trademark for the biodynamic certified products.
